I liked 4 nights in this property. Everything about this urban hotel was very good! The location of the venue was marvellous, in a residential neighborhood. Moreover, it was near Staffordshire and a park that was good.

Overall a pleasant experience with a clean property, a variety of breakfast options, easy check-in, friendly staff, and a convenient location.

Best aspects of my stay were the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, where I could prepare meals and enjoy some TV time. The view of the park from the townhouse was also a nice touch, adding a pleasant atmosphere to my stay.

Worst aspects were the lack of cleanliness and poor management of the house. The bathrooms were not well maintained, and it seemed like no one cared about cleaning or emptying the trash.

We stayed at a lovely townhouse on a quiet street in Hartshill. the open plan kitchen and lounge were elegant and well-designed. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, with its own radiator to keep us warm. the room had plenty of space, with a double bed and two side tables. Storage was ample, with drawers and an ironing facility in the closet. the furnishings and painted walls were tastefully coordinated. Tanya, the staff, provided excellent customer service and took great care of the property. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfy place. Cons: It was all superb! 😄.

During my recent stay at Townhouse @Richmond Street, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the other residents were lovely and made us feel right at home. The spacious kitchen provided plenty of room for cooking and socializing, which added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the high security with codes on each door gave us peace of mind. I would highly recommend Townhouse @Richmond Street for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed the free WiFi, but it seemed to work better in public areas than in my room. The location was great, with easy access to Stoke On Trent City Council and the Regent Theatre.
